Shipping Info and Policies

For all orders successfully completed and placed online, shipment of your order should typically occur within 48 hours for orders placed Monday-Thursday before noon (EST) or 1-2 "business days" for orders placed after noon Friday thru Sunday midnight. For periods of increased website orders and activity, shipping times may vary.

Rush processing and shipping is available Monday-Thursday.
Rush orders will ship same day if they are successfully completed prior to 12 o’clock noon EST. If a RUSH order is placed after 12 O’clock noon, it will ship the following business day. Rush shipping charges will apply and be noted at checkout. RUSH shipping may not be available from time to time. If RUSH shipping is unavailable, it will be stated at checkout OR you will receive an e-mail notification. In all cases, product availability may affect the availability of a Rush order.

All orders will be shipped via your shipping choice at checkout.
Wildflower Marketing LLC, BallTalk™ golf balls and golfballtalk.com are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping company or carrier nor delays of weather, destination problems, non-delivery or conditions out of our control. We will do everything possible to see to it that your shipments are expedited in a timely manner.

In order to provide secure purchases from the golfballtalk.com website, we use Authorize.net to process all credit card transactions. Once your order is completed, you will leave this website, via secure connection, to Authorize.net to process your credit card information. This further assures a secure transaction. We do not copy, store or save your credit card information in our systems or on this website.

We do not sell or share your personal information. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy is designed to assist you in understanding how we collect and use the personal information you provide to us, and to help you make informed decisions when using our web site.

The information we collect about you in the process of your purchase transaction with us assures the completion and accuracy of your purchase. We need your name, address, phone number, e-mail and billing information. You can voluntarily set up a customer account with golfballtalk.com which will allow you to receive promotional e-mails, product announcements and special preferred customer e-mails from us. Your information will not be shared with any secondary vendors, websites or others. You can sign up for these announcements anytime at talk.to.me@golfballtalk.com.

If you do not wish to receive promotional or marketing e-mails you may opt-out at any time. Please simply send us an e-mail by clicking the following link stop.talking@golfballtalk.com and use UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line and we'll gladly remove you from any future e-mails.

Back Orders
If the item(s) you select for purchase is out of stock, it will ship as soon as stock is available. Typically, you will receive an ‘out-of-stock’ notification when you select the item and an estimated future ship date. You may elect to continue with your purchase with the stated "future" shipping date or you may opt to cancel the order. If you complete your purchase, the out of stock item will automatically ship when it becomes available.

Returns and Exchanges
We are happy to accept the return of new un-opened, un-used merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please e-mail: returns@golfballtalk.com and complete the return form. Send back the product in secure packaging to:

Once we have received the package and product in good condition, you will be credited the full amount of your original purchase, less any shipping/processing charges.
